Grant Lancaster
Grant Lancaster is a versatile British-American actor, filmmaker, and comedian hailing from the San Francisco Bay Area. His passion for the performing arts ignited at just seven years old when he took on the role of Puff The Magic Dragon in an elementary school production, coinciding with his first viewing of "Ace Ventura." This early exposure set the stage for a vibrant career.
Lancaster honed his craft by training at the prestigious London Academy of Film & TV and the San Francisco Comedy College, alongside studies at Shelton Studios in California. He earned a Bachelor's Degree in Acting from a New York institution, graduating with honors and a minor in psychology. His academic journey continued when he received a full scholarship to pursue a Master's Degree in Acting at UC Irvine.
While working on his Master's, he wrote, co-directed, produced, and starred in the feature film "Wilt," which premiered in New York City the following summer. He is a key contributor to The Shorts Show, a well-known sketch comedy series based in New York. Lancaster's work has been featured at numerous esteemed festivals, including the Tribeca Film Festival, Tacoma Film Festival, and the Cannes Short Film Corner. Beyond acting and filmmaking, he is also an accomplished photographer, slam poet, and avid snowboarder.
