Annaleigh Amanda Ashford, born on June 25, 1985, is an accomplished American actress, singer, and dancer whose talents have shone brightly on both the Broadway stage and in television. She first captivated audiences as Glinda in the iconic musical Wicked, performing in the roles from 2005 to 2006 and again in 2007-2008. Her vibrant portrayal of Margot in Legally Blonde (2007) further solidified her status in musical theatre. Ashford's remarkable performance as Lauren in Kinky Boots (2013-2014) earned her a nomination for a Tony Award in 2013, showcasing her versatility and flair for character-driven roles.
