Mikhail Pugovkin

Mikhail Ivanovich Pugovkin (Russian: Михаи́л Ива́нович Пу́говкин; born on July 13, 1923, and passed away on July 25, 2008) was a celebrated comic actor from the Soviet Union and later Russia, renowned for his significant contributions to the film industry.
