Prometheus Aleifer

Prometheus Aleifer, born Spyros Promitheas Aliferopoulos in 1982 in Athens, Greece, is a distinguished actor known for his compelling performances in theater and film. He pursued his passion for the performing arts by studying theater at the University of Athens and the Art Theater Drama School. Shortly after completing his education, Aleifer joined the National Theater of Athens, where he showcased his talent in a wide array of classical and contemporary productions, collaborating with renowned European directors.

In 2011, Aleifer made his feature film debut in "Burning Heads" (original title "Milk"), portraying a troubled young Russian immigrant struggling with schizophrenia. His riveting performance garnered critical praise, earning him a nomination for Best Male Lead at the Greek Film Academy and winning the same honor at the Alexandria Mediterranean Film Festival in 2012. That same year, he captivated audiences with his role in a celebrated adaptation of Aristophanes' "The Clouds" at the prestigious Epidaurus Festival.

Since relocating to London in September 2012, Aleifer has continued to expand his artistic horizons, further establishing his reputation in the international acting community. His dedication to the craft and remarkable versatility mark him as a prominent figure in contemporary theater and cinema.
