Lisa Maria Potthoff
Lisa Maria Potthoff, born in Munich to a doctor and a psychologist, began her journey in the performing arts by training at Schauspiel München from 1997 to 1999. Her acting career took off early, with her first appearances in television series such as Polizeiruf 110 and SOKO 5113, starting in 1995. Potthoff has showcased her talent in a variety of leading roles across numerous television films, including Bittere Unschuld, Holstein Lovers, Ein Weihnachtsmärchen, Sommerwind, and Blond: Eva Blond!. She also starred alongside Herbert Knaup in Die Tochter des Kommissars.
In recent years, Potthoff has transitioned to feature films, earning acclaim for her performances as "Braut Sophie" in the dark comedy Die Bluthochzeit, "Nadja" in Soloalbum, and "Susanne," who manages a gay soccer team, in Männer wie wir. Additionally, she portrayed "Eleonore Schikaneder" in Marcus H. Rosenmüller’s Sommer der Gaukler. Since 2014, she has captivated audiences as police officer Sarah Kohr in the crime series of the same name, further solidifying her status as a prominent figure in German television. With a diverse portfolio of work, Potthoff continues to impress with her versatility and dedication to her craft.
