Paul Henderson
Paul Henderson, recognized for his distinctive height and robust build, is a versatile actor, writer, comedian, and musician with a flair for humor. His journey in the arts began at age 12 when he started creating Super 8mm films. He honed his craft in regional theater and music along the Gulf Coast before catching the attention of director Alan Parker, who cast him in the critically acclaimed film Mississippi Burning (1988).
In 1988, Henderson relocated to Los Angeles, where he immersed himself in the stand-up comedy scene, quickly becoming a fixture at the renowned Comedy Store on the Sunset Strip. It was here that he forged friendships with comedy greats, including Sam Kinison, who invited him to open for his "Outlaws of Comedy" tour. Henderson's talent as a comedy writer flourished at the Comedy Store, where he contributed material for various prominent comics and occasionally penned jokes for The Tonight Show with Jay Leno starting in 1992.
In 1991, he formed a partnership with comic actor Andy Dick, collaborating on numerous projects such as The Andy Dick Show (2001) and Division III: Football's Finest (2011), in addition to numerous podcasts and live performances across the country. Known for his ability to master dialects and create unique characters, Henderson also showcases his musical prowess under the alias The Guise. As of 2022, he resides in Los Angeles, actively developing several film and television projects.
