Neil John McCallum (1929–1976) was a prominent British-Canadian actor whose career spanned several decades and various mediums. He honed his craft at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London, making his noteworthy stage debut in the mid-1950s alongside the esteemed Sam Wanamaker in the production of The Rainmaker.

Throughout the 1950s, 1960s, and early 1970s, McCallum made significant contributions to British television, appearing in popular series such as The Saint, Department S, and UFO. His film credits include roles in The Siege of Pinchgut (1959) and the horror anthology Dr. Terror's House of Horrors (1965). McCallum also showcased his voice acting talents, providing the voice of Dr. Ray Pierce in the animated feature Thunderbirds Are Go (1966) and portraying an airport controller in the series Captain Scarlet and the Mysterons (1967).

One of his notable roles was as Angelo James in the BBC series Vendetta, which aired from 1966 to 1968. Beyond acting, McCallum was also a skilled scriptwriter, contributing to thrillers like Do You Know This Voice? and Walk a Tightrope in 1964.
