Derek Boone

Derek Reid Boone was born in Salt Lake City, Utah, in 1984 to parents Reid Boone and Debbie Lund. Emerging as a talented actor, he made his debut at just 17 years old in the Disney television movie "Right on Track," sharing the screen with Brie Larson and Beverly Mitchell. Since then, Derek has built an impressive portfolio, appearing in notable television series and films.

One of his significant roles was in the acclaimed series "Yellowstone," where he starred alongside Kevin Costner, Luke Grimes, and Cole Hauser. He showcased his versatility in the HBO original "Mosaic," directed by the renowned Steven Soderbergh, playing the Lead Detective opposite Sharon Stone and Garrett Hudland. Derek made a mark in "Blood & Oil" as the "Roughneck," performing alongside Chace Crawford and Don Johnson.

His portrayal of "Samuel Gibbons," a corrupt prison guard in "The Hollow Point," further established his reputation, acting alongside talents like Patrick Wilson and Ian McShane. Currently, Derek is immersed in the production of "Shadow of Vengeance," directed by Rob Diamond, where he plays Dos Jonze, an ex-Navy SEAL driven to vigilante justice after the release of his mother’s murderer.
