Cecep Arif Rahman

Cecep Arif Rahman, born on August 18, 1972, in Garut, Indonesia, is a multifaceted talent known for his roles as a martial arts instructor, athlete, and actor. A dedicated martial artist from the Panglipur Garut school, Cecep made a mark in the international martial arts scene by participating in the prestigious Bercy Festival des Arts Martiaux in France from 2000 to 2008.

Cecep's acting career took off with a significant role as "The Assassin" in the acclaimed film The Raid 2: Berandal. This performance opened doors for him, allowing him to showcase his martial arts skills in subsequent projects. He portrayed a martial arts teacher in the film 3: Alif Lam Mim, where he also contributed as an action choreographer.

In 2015, Cecep joined the ranks of renowned actors Yayan Ruhian and Iko Uwais, appearing in the blockbuster Star Wars: The Force Awakens, which further solidified his status in the global film industry.
