Cobie Smulders
Jacoba Francisca Maria "Cobie" Smulders, born on April 3, 1982, in Vancouver, Canada, is a versatile actress celebrated for her memorable performances in both television and film. She gained widespread recognition for her portrayal of Robin Scherbatsky on the beloved CBS sitcom How I Met Your Mother, which aired from 2005 to 2014. Additionally, Smulders is well-known for her role as Maria Hill, a formidable agent of S.H.I.E.L.D., in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, debuting in the blockbuster film The Avengers in 2012.
Beyond her iconic roles, Smulders has appeared in a variety of films, including Safe Haven (2013), the animated Lego Movie series (2014–2019), Results (2015), The Intervention (2016), and Jack Reacher: Never Go Back (2016).
