Margot Elise Robbie (born July 2, 1990) is an accomplished Australian actress and producer known for her versatile performances in both blockbuster and independent films. Over the course of her career, she has been nominated for three Academy Awards, four Golden Globe Awards, and six BAFTA Awards. In 2017, Time magazine recognized her as one of the 100 most influential people in the world, and in 2023, Forbes named her the highest-paid actress globally.

Raised in Queensland, Robbie began her acting journey in 2008 with a role in the television series Neighbours, which she left in 2011. She then starred in the American series Pan Am (2011–2012) before gaining significant attention in Martin Scorsese's 2013 film The Wolf of Wall Street. Her breakout roles followed with performances as Jane Porter in The Legend of Tarzan (2016) and Harley Quinn in the DC Extended Universe, starting with Suicide Squad (2016).

Robbie received widespread acclaim for her role as Tonya Harding in the biopic I, Tonya (2017), earning her an Academy Award nomination for Best Actress. She continued to impress with roles in Mary Queen of Scots (2018), Once Upon a Time in Hollywood (2019), and Bombshell (2019), the latter securing her a nomination for Best Supporting Actress. Notable recent projects include her role in Babylon (2022) and producing the hit film Barbie (2023), which became her highest-grossing film.
