Catherine Chabot

Catherine Chabot, born on March 16, 1988, is a multi-talented Canadian actress, writer, and film director. She gained significant recognition for her role as Chloé Therrien in the 2019 film "Compulsive Liar" (Menteur), which earned her a nomination for Revelation of the Year at the 22nd Quebec Cinema Awards in 2020.

In 2022, Chabot showcased her versatility by co-writing, co-directing, and starring in "Lines of Escape" (Lignes de fuite), a film adapted from her own stage play. That same year, she took on the lead role in the television comedy series "La Candidate," a story about an accidental election victory that draws inspiration from real-life events involving Ruth Ellen Brosseau.
