Uche Montana, born Uche Nwaefuna on May 8, 1994, in Lagos, Nigeria, is a renowned actress and model known for her impactful performances in Nollywood. She gained significant recognition in 2018 when she clinched the Moreklue All Youth Awards Africa, popularly referred to as the Maya Awards (Africa), for Best Supporting Actress in a Television Series for her role in "Hush."

Uche spent her childhood in Festac, Lagos, where she was raised alongside her siblings. Her educational journey began at Loral International School in Festac, where she completed both her primary and secondary schooling. For her tertiary education, she pursued a diploma in law, further enriching her knowledge and skills.

Her acting career took flight in 2015 with her debut role as a housemaid in the film "Poison Ivy." Uche's talent shone brightly in the television drama series "Hush," which aired on African Magic Showcase and African Magic Family between 2016 and 2017. Following her successful stint in "Hush," she appeared in a variety of films, including the popular "The Fake Life of Abuja Housewives," where she starred alongside notable actors such as Fredrick Leonard and Nancy Isime.
