Kevin Alexander Clark
Kevin Alexander Clark was born on December 3, 1988, in Highland Park, Illinois. His passion for music began at an incredibly young age, as he started playing the drums at just three years old. By fifth grade, he honed his skills through private lessons and quickly became known for captivating performances that often earned him standing ovations. A dedicated musician, Kevin was a prominent member of Highland Park High School's concert band and jazz ensembles. Alongside his musical pursuits, he formed a garage band where he showcased his drumming talents and occasionally played guitar and bass. Additionally, he composed original music using both computer software and guitar.
At the age of thirteen, Kevin ventured into acting when he was cast as Freddy Jones, one of the enthusiastic young musicians in Paramount Pictures' acclaimed film School of Rock (2003), starring Jack Black and Joan Cusack. The film opened at number one during its debut weekend on October 3, 2003, and ultimately grossed $81 million in the U.S. Despite not pursuing further film roles, Kevin remained active in the Chicago music scene, performing with various bands, including Jess Bess and the Intentions.
Tragically, Kevin's life was cut short on May 26, 2021, when he was struck by a vehicle in Chicago. He was 32 years old at the time of his passing, leaving behind a legacy of musical talent and creativity.
