Charlie Duke

Charles Moss Duke Jr. (born October 3, 1935) is a distinguished American astronaut, retired United States Air Force officer, and accomplished test pilot. Notably, Duke served as the Lunar Module pilot for Apollo 16, a historic mission that took place in April 1972. During this expedition, he made his mark in history by becoming the 10th individual and the youngest person to set foot on the lunar surface at the age of 36 years and 201 days.
