Geetha
Geetha is a prominent Indian actress celebrated for her work across multiple film industries, including Malayalam, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi. She made her entry into the film world with the Tamil film *Bairavi*, where she played the role of Rajinikanth's sister, directed by the esteemed M. Baskar of Oscar Movies. Over the years, Geetha has built an impressive portfolio, featuring in more than 200 films across major South Indian languages and several Hindi productions.
In the 1980s and early 1990s, Geetha was widely regarded as one of the most stunning actresses in South India, known for her captivating presence and ability to seamlessly transition between glamorous and non-glamorous roles, which garnered her a devoted fan base.
In 1997, Geetha married Vasan, an American CPA and Chartered Accountant from India. The couple resides in New Jersey, where Vasan works as a business promoter and corporate advisor. Following her marriage, Geetha took a brief hiatus from acting but made a successful return to the industry. She has since taken on notable roles, often portraying the hero’s mother in films such as *Unakkum Enakkum*, *Santhosh Subramaniam*, *Azhagiya Tamil Magan*, and *Masters*, showcasing her versatility and enduring appeal in the cinematic landscape.
