Amrita Singh burst onto the Bollywood scene in 1983 with her debut in the blockbuster film *Betaab*, where she starred alongside Sunny Deol. This marked the beginning of a prolific career characterized by a string of successful films, including the hit *Sunny* in 1984, the year's biggest blockbuster *Mard*, and *Saaheb* in 1985. Singh continued her winning streak with notable performances in *Chameli Ki Shaadi* and *Naam* in 1986, followed by *Khudgarz* in 1987.
