Stephen Quadros's journey into the world of acting unfolded somewhat serendipitously. Initially relocating to Los Angeles to chase his dream as a drummer, he found local fame and radio recognition with the band SNOW, which featured guitarist Carlos Cavazo of Quiet Riot fame. His musical ambitions led him to audition for the legendary group KISS in New York, but a series of hand injuries forced him to reassess his career path.

Pivoting to acting, Quadros honed his craft under the guidance of esteemed mentors like Cameron Watson, Stella Adler, and Arthur Mendoza. His acting career flourished, with over 50 appearances in film and television. He has collaborated with notable figures such as Bryan Cranston, Kathryn Bigelow, and Cuba Gooding Jr., showcasing his versatility across various roles.

In addition to acting, Quadros is a seasoned martial artist, specializing in kickboxing and mixed martial arts (MMA) for over two decades. This expertise led to pivotal roles in action films like "Cradle 2 the Grave" (2003), where he served as both an actor and fight technical advisor, and "Pit Fighter" (2005), where he coordinated fight scenes. He gained acclaim for his guest role on "Walker, Texas Ranger," facing off against martial arts legend Chuck Norris.

Beyond film, Quadros made a mark as a leading combat sports journalist, contributing to Black Belt magazine and launching "Black Belt Presents: Fightsport" in 2002. Known as "The Fight Professor," he has hosted and commented on major fight events worldwide, including Showtime's Strikeforce and Pride Fighting Championships, solidifying his reputation in the martial arts community.
