Joy Delima

Joy Delima is a talented actress and playwright who completed her education at the Artez Academy of Dramatic Arts in Arnhem in 2019. During her time at the academy, Joy showcased her remarkable talents through performances with esteemed theater companies like Toneelgroep Oostpool and Het Nationale Theater. One of her standout roles was in "Onze Straat," directed by Daria Bukvic, which earned her a nomination for her impressive supporting performance in "The Colombina."

In addition to her acting prowess, Joy has made her mark as a writer and co-director with her acclaimed solo play, "Stamboom Monologen." This poignant work explores her journey of discovering her heritage and resonated with audiences, further establishing her as a multifaceted artist.

Her dedication and talent did not go unnoticed, as in 2020, she secured a permanent position at Ivo van Hove's prestigious International Theater Amsterdam.
