Carla Bruni-Sarkozy, originally named Carla Gilberta Bruni Tedeschi, was born on December 23, 1967, in Turin, Italy. At the age of seven, she relocated to France, where she would carve out a prominent place in both the fashion and music industries. Bruni began her modeling career in 1987, which lasted until 1997, during which time she became a well-known figure in the fashion world.

Transitioning to music, she made her debut with the album *Quelqu'un m'a dit* in 2003, achieving remarkable success by remaining in the top 10 of the French Albums Chart for 34 weeks. Her songwriting talents were also showcased in her collaborations, notably writing for Julien Clerc's album *Si j'étais elle* in 2000. Bruni continued to release several acclaimed albums, including *No Promises* (2004), *Comme si de rien n'était* (2005), *Little French Songs* (2013), and *French Touch* (2017), collectively selling over 5 million albums worldwide.
