Judy Kuhn
Judy Kuhn, born on May 20, 1958, is a celebrated American actress and singer, primarily recognized for her contributions to musical theatre. With a remarkable career that includes four nominations for the Tony Award, Kuhn has also made her mark in film, notably voicing the title character in Disney's 1995 animated feature *Pocahontas*. Her performance of "Colors of the Wind" was a standout, earning the Academy Award for Best Original Song for its composers.
Kuhn's journey began with her professional debut in 1981, followed by her Broadway entrance in the original 1985 production of *The Mystery of Edwin Drood*. She gained acclaim for her portrayal of iconic characters such as Cosette in *Les Misérables* (1987), Florence Vassy in *Chess* (1988), and Amalia Balash in *She Loves Me* (1993), all of which garnered her Tony nominations.
