Sherif Desouqy

Sherif Desouqy, an accomplished Egyptian actor, was born in Alexandria, where his passion for the performing arts blossomed. Growing up in a theatrical environment, thanks to his father's role as the manager of the Ismail Yassine Theater, Desouqy found his calling in the world of drama. He began his career by directing several plays, notably "Not Except," which he showcased with the Barah troupe.

In 2003, Desouqy made his cinematic debut in "Violence and Sarcasm," marking the beginning of a successful film career. His collaboration with director Ahmed Abdullah began in 2010 with the film "Microphone," a project that showcased his versatility as an actor. The two worked together again in the film "Ext. Night," further solidifying their creative partnership.

Desouqy has also made a significant mark on television, featuring in the series "Like Roses" in 2012. His impressive body of work extends to other notable projects, including "Multifaceted," "Naguib Zahi Zarkash," and "The Mongoose and the Humans."
