Enzo Salvi, after graduating from the Agricultural Institute, began his career as a gardener for the city of Rome. His quick wit and humor caught the attention of his colleagues, who encouraged him to pursue a path in cabaret. This led to successful performances in various venues around Rome, culminating in his theatrical debut in 1990 with Plautus's comedy "Il Miles Gloriosus."

In 1991, he teamed up with Mariano D'Angelo to form the duo "Mammamia che Impressione," which quickly gained popularity in the Roman entertainment scene. Salvi's comedic talent earned him national recognition, particularly with the hit phrase "Mammamia comme sto!" associated with his character “Er Cipolla” on the show Seven Show. His theatrical works, such as "Balle di Natale," "Fiumi di forfora," and "A qualcuno piace Carlo," were met with enthusiastic audiences, notably with his sold-out debut at the Brancaccio Theatre.

Salvi's film career took off with leading roles in popular holiday films like "Vacanze di Natale 2000," "Bodyguards," and "Merry Christmas," showcasing his comedic flair. He also appeared on television in shows like "Stracult Sogni" and "Striscia la notizia." In 2006, he joined the cast of the Christmas film "Olé" alongside Massimo Boldi. Enzo continues to create memorable characters, including "Agusto," the wrestling scientist, and has starred in various sitcoms and films, solidifying his status as a beloved figure in Italian comedy.
