Manon Azem
Manon Azem launched her artistic career at the tender age of five, engaging in both theater and voice dubbing. A significant milestone came in 2001 when she became the French voice for Emma Watson's beloved character, Hermione Granger, in the Harry Potter series, a role she maintained through all installments until 2015. Azem chose to step away from this role, feeling that her voice had matured and no longer matched Watson's youthful tone. Her talent also brought her to other notable dubbing roles, including Debby Ryan in the Disney series Jessie and Joy Lauren in Desperate Housewives.
In 2006, she made her on-screen debut in the episode "Bad Slope" of the series Diane, Wife Cop, directed by Marc Angelo. Following her baccalaureate, Azem honed her craft at the renowned Cours Florent in Paris. From 2006 to 2010, she starred as Dunk in the French Disney Channel series Trop la Class! and reprised her role in the sequel, Too the Coffee Class! in 2011.
Her voice acting extended to the Spanish series Physics or Chemistry, where she voiced the lead character, Joy Freire, from 2008 to 2011. In cinema, she appeared in films such as Il reste du ham? and Beur sur la ville in 2010 and 2011, respectively.
Azem joined the cast of the TF1 series Research Section in its seventh season in 2012 and portrayed the character Sara Casanova until 2016. She later returned for guest appearances in subsequent seasons. In 2017, she landed a key role in Romain Levy's Gangsterdam alongside actors Kev Adams and Como Levin. Additionally, in 2018, she contributed her voice to the character Taelia in the acclaimed video game World of Warcraft.
