Tori Spelling
Tori Spelling, born on May 16, 1973, is an American actress and reality TV star known for her prominent role in the iconic teen drama Beverly Hills 90210. As the daughter of renowned television producer Aaron Spelling, she captured audiences as the wholesome character Donna Martin, establishing herself as a household name during the show's successful run.
During breaks from 90210, Tori showcased her versatility by starring in a series of Lifetime movies, carving out a niche in the genre of melodrama. Notable films such as Death of a Cheerleader and Mother, May I Sleep with Danger? contributed to her reputation as a talented actress in campy thrillers.
After 90210 ended, Spelling embraced a new direction in her career, earning praise for her comedic performances in independent films like The House of Yes and Trick. In 2006, she launched her own satirical comedy series, So NoTORIous, which humorously explored her celebrity status.
However, her personal life soon took center stage, particularly following her affair with actor Dean McDermott, which led to their marriages ending. Their relationship became a media sensation, prompting Tori to delve into reality television with shows like Tori & Dean: Inn Love and True Tori.
In recent years, while she has continued to act—including a role in the CW's 90210 reboot and the sitcom Mystery Girls—Tori has garnered attention for her personal challenges, including financial struggles and familial disputes. Married to McDermott since 2006, the couple resides in Los Angeles with their five children.
