Brett Clifford Gelman is a talented American actor and comedian, born on October 6, 1976, in Highland Park, Illinois. He has gained widespread recognition for his portrayal of Murray Bauman in Netflix's acclaimed series Stranger Things, as well as his role as Martin in the BBC's hit show Fleabag.

Gelman's journey in the entertainment industry began in the early 2000s when he immersed himself in the vibrant comedy scene of New York City, performing at various comedy clubs and improv venues. In 2009, he contributed his talents as a writer and performer to the sketch comedy program Eagleheart. He also enjoyed a recurring role in the comedic series Another Period.
