Clark Moore
Clark Moore, an American actor hailing from Laredo, Texas, grew up in a family of a store owner and rancher. His childhood was spent outdoors, indulging in activities like hunting, fishing, and climbing, which fostered a deep appreciation for nature.
While attending high school in Laredo, Clark found himself at odds with the institution's rigorous expectations, leading to frequent disciplinary issues. However, it was during this time that he discovered his passion for acting, participating in school productions that left a lasting impact on him.
Recognizing that Laredo would not provide the opportunities he sought, Clark pursued higher education at the University of Texas at Austin, which boasted a reputable film program in a vibrant city with a burgeoning film scene. Upon moving to Los Angeles, he faced the challenges of making a living as an actor. Juggling various jobs while landing occasional commercial roles, Clark's resilience grew amidst the rejections and setbacks. His perseverance eventually paid off as he secured co-star roles in popular television shows like "Masters of Sex" and "Brooklyn Nine-Nine."
His breakthrough came when he was cast in a recurring role on "The Last Ship." Shortly after, he was selected from thousands of contenders for a lead role in a Mini Cooper promo directed by Oscar-winning filmmaker Joachim Bach. This pivotal moment marked the beginning of a successful career, leading to a starring role in Aaron Mankey's Amazon Prime series "Lore" in "The Beast Within." Today, Clark continues to expand his horizons in acting while aspiring to explore producing and directing.
