Oliver Wnuk
Oliver Wnuk, born Oliver Konrad Wnuk on January 28, 1976, in Konstanz, is a distinguished German actor, author, and audio drama narrator. He honed his craft at the Bayerische Theaterakademie August Everding in Munich, making his first mark in the film industry with a notable appearance in the 2000 thriller "Anatomie," where he starred alongside Franka Potente. His career took off with comedic roles, particularly in the 2001 hit "Der Schuh des Manitu."
Wnuk is perhaps best recognized for his portrayal of the quirky and carefree Ulf Steinke in the ProSieben series "Stromberg," which aired from 2004 to 2012 and was later adapted into a feature film in 2014. This role solidified his status as a household name. He has also played significant roles in several other television series, including Chief Detective Murat Alpay in "K3 – Kripo Hamburg" (2003–2007), Detective Chief Inspector Hinnerk Feldmann in "Nord Nord Mord" since 2010, and Thomas Zuhse in "Die Kanzlei" from 2012 to 2019. His versatility extends to appearances in "Die LottoKönige" (2012–2015) and films like "Das Leben ist kein Kindergarten."
As an author, Wnuk has penned works such as "Luftholen" (2013), children's books featuring "Kasi Kauz," and screenplays for television films. He is also an accomplished narrator of audio dramas.
