Lodovica Comello
Lodovica Comello, born in San Daniele del Friuli, is a multifaceted Italian artist who has made significant strides in the entertainment industry at just 25 years old. From a young age, she exhibited a deep passion for music, engaging in various artistic pursuits including dance, singing, and playing both classical and electric guitar. Her career took a pivotal turn at the age of 19 when she was cast as a backing vocalist and dancer in the musical “Il mondo di Patty - Il musical più bello.”
In 2012, Lodovica auditioned for the Disney Channel and Pol-ka Producciones series “Violetta.” Selected for the role of Francesca, she undertook an intensive Spanish course in Buenos Aires to prepare for her part. The series became a massive success, and she appeared in all three seasons, earning her a significant fanbase. Additionally, she recorded the Italian version of the song "Te creo," titled "Ti credo."
Between August 2013 and March 2014, she embarked on her first major tour, “Violetta - Il concerto,” visiting major cities across Latin America, Spain, France, and Italy. She was nominated for a Kids' Choice Award in Argentina as Favorite Television Actress in 2013.
In late 2013, she released her debut album “Universo,” followed by her second album “Mariposa” in 2015, both of which enjoyed remarkable sales in South America. Moreover, she served as a mentor for the emotional character Joy in the web talent show “Emozioni Cercasi,” associated with the Pixar film “Inside Out,” and was appointed as the host for the second season of “Italia’s Got Talent” by Sky in the same year.
