Tara Rosling

Tara Rosling, born on November 16, 1970, in Vancouver, British Columbia, is a talented Canadian actress known for her work in film and theater.

Raised in Vancouver, Tara pursued her passion for acting by studying at York University in Toronto. Her career took off in 1993, during which she predominantly took on supporting roles in a variety of films and television shows. A notable highlight in her early career came in 2000 when she starred in the short-lived sitcom "The War Next Door." She further expanded her repertoire with recurring roles in the science fiction series "Impulse" from 2018 to 2019, followed by her participation in "Star Trek: Discovery," which aired from 2020 to 2024.

In addition to her screen work, Rosling has made significant contributions to the theater scene, showcasing her talents at prestigious venues such as the Stratford Festival in Stratford, Ontario, and the Shaw Festival in Niagara-on-the-Lake.
