Julianna Robinson
**Julianna Robinson: A Rising Star in Film and Theatre**
Julianna Robinson's journey into the world of performance began unexpectedly during a play in Santa Barbara, where she caught the attention of film director Martin Denning. He invited her to Hollywood to audition for Paramount Studios' inaugural CD Rom game based on Star Trek. Securing this role not only earned her a coveted SAG card but also the unique opportunity to work alongside the original Star Trek cast, donning authentic costumes from the iconic series. This experience enabled her to fund a summer in London, where she honed her craft by studying Shakespeare with the Royal Shakespeare Company.
Since relocating to Los Angeles, Julianna has appeared in a myriad of plays, short films, and television shows, solidifying her presence in the industry. She has taken on leading roles in several critically acclaimed independent films, notably "Wasting Away" (also known as "Aaah Zombies!") and "The Funeral Guest." Her portrayal of Emily in "The Funeral Guest," available on Amazon, earned her the Best Actress award at the LA Indie Film Fest, and she received a nomination for Best Actress at the Hoboken International Film Fest for her performance as Sister Gracie Rose in "Nun."
In addition to her acting accolades, Julianna has ventured into writing and producing comedic shorts, with "The Party" marking her debut as a director. Her diverse talents continue to shine as she carves out her unique path in the entertainment industry.
