Norman Tebbit
Norman Beresford Tebbit, known as Baron Tebbit CH, PC, is a distinguished British politician and life peer associated with the Conservative Party. His political career spanned over two decades, during which he held several significant roles in the British Cabinet from 1981 to 1987. Tebbit was Secretary of State for Employment from 1981 to 1983, a position where he played a pivotal role in shaping employment policies during a challenging economic period. He then served as Secretary of State for Trade and Industry from 1983 to 1985, where he focused on promoting British industry and trade.
