Born Alexandra Elena Mozarowsky Ruiz de Frías in Morocco, Sandra Mozarowsky emerged as one of the iconic figures within the realm of Spanish exploitation cinema during the late 1970s. Known for her captivating performances and striking presence, she became emblematic of the "Lolita" archetype in this genre, captivating audiences and leaving a lasting impact on Spanish film.
Tragically, Sandra's life was cut short when she fell from a fourth-floor balcony at her Madrid residence in the early hours of August 24, 1977. After being in a coma for 21 days, she passed away on September 14 at the tender age of 18. Her untimely death sparked a whirlwind of speculation regarding the circumstances surrounding her fall. Various theories emerged, ranging from a tragic accident while tending to her plants, to darker suggestions of suicide under the pressures of fame, or even foul play involving associates of Juan Carlos de Borbón, the then King of Spain, with whom she was rumored to have had a relationship.
