Mirrah Foulkes

Mirrah Foulkes is a talented Australian filmmaker and actress, hailing from the Sunshine Coast in South East Queensland. With a diverse portfolio, she has made her mark in both film and television. Foulkes’ cinematic journey includes notable appearances in acclaimed films such as *Animal Kingdom* (2010), *Sleeping Beauty* (2011), and the anthology film *The Turning* (2013).

In the realm of television, she is well-remembered for her portrayal of Jo Mathieson in the long-running series *All Saints*, where she appeared in every episode during its final year in 2009 before the show concluded. Foulkes also showcased her acting prowess in the 2013 mystery mini-series *Top of the Lake*, playing the character Simone. Furthermore, she was featured in the CBS remake of *Hawaii Five-0* in a recurring role as Ellie Clayton, a lawyer entwined with Lieutenant Commander Steve McGarrett.

Foulkes is not only an actress but also a skilled writer and director, having crafted several short films including *Dumpy Goes to the Big Smoke* (2012), *Florence Has Left the Building* (2015) starring the renowned Jacki Weaver, and *Trespass* (2015).
