Graeme Revell, born on October 23, 1955, is a distinguished New Zealand musician and composer best recognized for his impactful contributions to the film music industry. Revell first gained attention in the 1980s as the frontman of the industrial rock and electronic band SPK, which was influential in shaping the sound of that era.

Transitioning into film scoring in the 1990s, he became a sought-after composer, crafting memorable soundtracks for a variety of films. His most notable works include the haunting score for *Dead Calm* (1989), the iconic music for *The Crow* (1994), and the energetic compositions for *Street Fighter* (1994) and *Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Movie* (1995).
