Elena Delia

Elena Delia was born in Rome, Italy, to an Italian mother and an American father, and she has spent much of her life navigating between northern Virginia and Italy. Fluent in both English and Italian, Elena nurtured her passion for acting from an early age, participating in numerous summer programs at the Shakespeare Theatre Company in Washington, D.C. Her college experience at a talent agency in D.C. further fueled her ambition, prompting her to relocate to New York City to pursue a professional acting career.

After dedicating several years to honing her craft through the Meisner and Michael Chekov techniques, Elena sought a more classical training approach, which led her to the prestigious Giles Foreman Center for Acting in London. In 2018, she graduated and soon after landed a significant role in the acclaimed Emmy-winning series, The Alienist, portraying the character Helen Sumner.

Elena's diverse background and rigorous training have equipped her with a unique perspective in her performances, and she has quickly established herself as a talented actress in the competitive landscape of the industry. Currently, she resides in London, where she continues to develop her career and explore new artistic opportunities.
