Alessandro Momo (November 26, 1956 – November 19, 1974) was a talented Italian actor recognized for his impactful roles in several films. Notable works include *The Police Serve the Citizens?*, *Lovers and Other Relatives*, *The Night of the Assassin*, and *La scoperta*. Momo gained significant acclaim for his performance in *Profumo di donna* (Scent of a Woman), directed by Dino Risi, where he shared the screen with legends Vittorio Gassman and Agostina Belli.

Tragically, Momo's life was cut short just days before his eighteenth birthday when he lost control of a motorcycle in an accident that occurred shortly after filming *Scent of a Woman*. The motorcycle involved, a Honda CB750, had been borrowed from his friend Eleonora Giorgi, who was away on a trip at the time. Following the incident, Giorgi faced scrutiny over possible recklessness, as Momo was underage and not legally permitted to operate a motorcycle according to the regulations in place.

In remembrance of the young actor, singer Patrizio Sandrelli later released a song titled "Fratello in amore" ("Brother in Love"), which received a warm reception and served as a tribute to Momo's lasting impact in the world of cinema.
