Julie Marion Depardieu, born on June 18, 1973, in Paris, is a prominent French actress known for her significant contributions to cinema. As the daughter of the renowned actor Gérard Depardieu and actress Élisabeth Depardieu, she hails from a family deeply rooted in the film industry, including her late brother Guillaume Depardieu, who was also an actor. Julie has two half-siblings, Roxane and Jean, from her father's later relationships.

Throughout her career, Depardieu has garnered critical acclaim for her performances, earning notable recognition in the form of three César Awards. In 2004, she won both Best Supporting Actress and Best Young Actress for her role in "La petite Lili." She continued to impress audiences and critics alike, receiving another César Award for Best Supporting Actress for her performance in the 2008 film "Un secret."
