From a young age, he showed a passion for performing arts, which led him to pursue a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the prestigious Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music.

Harrison gained widespread recognition for his portrayal of Justin Taylor in the groundbreaking Showtime series *Queer as Folk* (2000), a role that significantly impacted LGBTQ representation on screen. His filmography includes notable works such as *Bang Bang You're Dead* (2002) and *Such Good People* (2014), showcasing his versatility as an actor.
