Lucas Velazquez Correa, born on April 22, 1981, in Medellin, Colombia, is a talented actor known for his dynamic performances in television and theater. Growing up in a creative environment, Lucas developed a passion for acting early on. His journey began in Quebec, where he was a member of the theater group at Polyvalent de Charlesbourg College. Upon returning to Colombia, he caught the attention of Malcom Aponte, who cast him in the television series "Padres e Hijos" (Parents and Children), marking his debut in the industry.

Lucas quickly became a prominent figure in Colombian telenovelas, appearing in hits like "Francisco el Matematico" (Francis the Mathematician), "La Viuda de la Mafia" (The Mob Widow), and "La Marca del Deseo" (The Markings of Desire). His exceptional performance in "Francisco el Matematico" earned him the TVNovelas Award for Best New Actor in 2003.
