Kaiwi Lyman
Kaiwi Lyman-Mersereau, hailing from Honolulu, Hawaii, grew up immersed in various water sports, including water polo, surfing, and outrigger canoe paddling, alongside practicing Brazilian jiu-jitsu and sailing. However, his true passion was performing, particularly on stage. An accomplished close-up magician, Kaiwi has earned accolades in several magic competitions throughout his youth. His formal training in theater began at the Mid-Pacific Institute School of the Arts, where he honed his skills over four rigorous years.
In 2002, Kaiwi relocated to California to further pursue his dreams in the entertainment industry. At Santa Monica College, he captured the attention of his drama instructor during a monologue from Arthur Miller's *The Crucible*. This led to a recommendation for an audition at the prestigious Juilliard School. Nevertheless, Kaiwi aimed for a career on screen, which quickly materialized when he landed the lead role of Colin in the 2003 horror film *Trespassers*.
Since then, he has showcased his versatility through a diverse array of roles across films, television series, webisodes, and commercials. Kaiwi's body of work highlights his ability to seamlessly transition between comedic and dramatic performances, establishing him as a multifaceted talent in the entertainment realm.
