Bethany Joy Lenz

Bethany Joy Lenz, born on April 2, 1981, is an accomplished American actress, singer-songwriter, and filmmaker. She gained widespread recognition for her role as Haley James Scott on the popular television series One Tree Hill, which aired on The WB and later The CW from 2003 to 2012. After One Tree Hill wrapped up, Lenz remained active in the entertainment industry, making a variety of guest appearances on different television programs. She also secured notable roles, becoming a series regular in the eighth season of Showtime's Dexter in 2013 and in the short-lived legal drama Pearson on USA Network in 2019.

Since 2014, she has been a familiar face on the Hallmark Channel, appearing in nine original movies by 2022. Lenz has also ventured into film production; in 2022, she not only starred in but also served as an executive producer for the horror film So Cold the River.
