Tamara Mello
Tamara Beccam Mello, born on February 22, 1976, is an accomplished American actress whose career launched in 1993 with a variety of roles in television and film. She gained early recognition through prominent series such as *7th Heaven*, *Boy Meets World*, and *Diagnosis: Murder*, alongside notable films including *The Brady Bunch Movie* and the iconic teen rom-com *She's All That*.
In 1999, Mello landed a significant role as Lily in the series *Popular*, where she portrayed a politically-conscious vegetarian. Although her appearances became less frequent after the show concluded, she continued to make guest spots on various series and is set to feature in the upcoming CBS comedy *Worst Week*.
