Kuheli Dutt

Dr. Kuheli Dutt currently holds the position of Assistant Director for Academic Affairs and Diversity at Lamont, where she also acts as the Diversity Officer. In this role, she spearheads initiatives aimed at promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the institution. With a PhD in public policy, Dr. Dutt's scholarly work delves into the dynamics of implicit bias and the enhancement of diversity in STEM fields.

Beyond her responsibilities at Lamont, Dr. Dutt contributes to broader discussions on gender equality as a member of the International Advisory Board for Gender Equality at the University of Southern Denmark. She is also an active participant in Columbia University's Senate Commission on the Status of Women and the Task Force on Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging.

Dr. Dutt is a sought-after speaker, frequently invited to conduct workshops and talks focused on DEI.
