Fatma Mesanet Jeyan Mahfi Ayral Tözüm (6 August 1928 – 29 October 2023) was a celebrated Turkish actress and voice actress whose career spanned decades. Born in Istanbul, Tözüm's journey into the arts began at a remarkably young age, when she was just three years old. Encouraged by her father, Necdet Mahfi Ayral, she made her stage debut in a production of Henrik Ibsen's "Peer Gynt," directed by the renowned Muhsin Ertuğrul.

Throughout her career at the Istanbul City Theatres, she showcased her talent in numerous notable plays, including "Happy Days," "Dressing the Nude," "Roots," "Half," and "Kezban," before retiring from the theater scene. Tözüm also made her mark in the world of dubbing at the tender age of ten, lending her voice to popular TV shows and many prominent actresses such as Belgin Doruk, Türkan Şoray, and Hülya Avşar.

In 1954, she chose to step back from cinema alongside her husband, focusing instead on theater and voice acting, which included a stint as a radio commercial announcer for three years. Tözüm's contributions to the arts were recognized in 2005 when she received the Bilge Olgaç Achievement Award at the 8th Flying Broom International Women's Film Festival, underscoring her impactful legacy in Turkish performing arts.
