Ana Brenda Contreras

Ana Brenda Contreras was raised in both McAllen, Texas, and Río Bravo, Tamaulipas. At the age of 15, she relocated to Mexico City to take part in the reality competition Pop Stars, where she not only became a finalist but also joined the musical group t’detila. The band went on to release an album bearing the same title. In 2003, she enrolled at the Televisa Center for Arts Education to pursue her acting career. Her debut role came in 2005 when she portrayed Juanita in the telenovela Barrera de amor, which was produced by Ernesto Alonso.
