Shawn Hawkins

Shawn Hawkins is a versatile actor, touring musician, and thriving entrepreneur hailing from Upstate New York, currently based in Los Angeles, California. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Theatre, complemented by a minor in Business Administration, from Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee.

In the early stages of his career, Shawn showcased his musical talents as a guitarist and mandolin player, performing widely across Upstate New York. His journey in music took him to Nashville, where he embarked on a career that included three East Coast tours with a country/rock band, along with numerous performances along the way.

Realizing his deep-seated passion for acting, Shawn transitioned from a two-year Music Business program to the Theatre Department at Belmont University. He strategically forged connections between the theatre program and the film students at nearby Watkins College, honing his skills and preparing for his eventual move to Los Angeles.

Leveraging his diverse training and experiences, Shawn founded Hawkins.png, a successful outsourced photo editing business that reached six figures in its first year and continues to thrive. He is also collaborating with a business partner to explore exciting opportunities in the wedding industry. In the realm of acting, Shawn regularly works with manager Patty Stevens from Egg Hunt Entertainment and Carrie Park of the Park Artists Group. In the past two years alone, he has secured over 12 lead roles in commercials, starred in an indie feature that earned him four best actor nominations and two wins, and voiced the lead character, Mirage, in Netflix's Transformers: War for Cybertron trilogy.
