Cedric Gegel
Cedric Gegel, the third of four siblings, hails from Wapakoneta, Ohio. An enthusiastic performer from an early age, he graduated from Wapakoneta High School in 2013 and later earned his degree from Capital University in 2017, where he majored in theatre, public relations, and English literature.
In pursuit of his passion for storytelling, Cedric co-founded Just a Skosh Productions. Under this banner, he made his directorial debut with the independent family fantasy film "Cadia: The World Within," which featured notable actors Corbin Bernsen and James Phelps. He also penned the screenplay for the poignant cancer drama "Forbearance," in which he took on a supporting role, showcasing his versatility as both a writer and actor. In the realm of web series, Cedric stars in "The Coroner's Assistant," a project that garnered him a nomination for Best Leading Actor - Comedy at the 2024 Indie Series Awards.
His stage career is equally impressive, with award-nominated performances in iconic roles such as Robert F. Kennedy in "Kennedy: Bobby's Last Crusade," the Beast in "Beauty and the Beast," Pippin in "Pippin," and Link Larkin in "Hairspray." In 2024, he shared the stage with Morgan Fairchild in the play "Butterflies Are Free."
Beyond acting, Cedric engages a broad audience through his YouTube channel, where he analyzes music videos and live performances, educating viewers on various aspects of film and theater production. He continues to travel across the country, actively participating in indie film projects and live theater.
