Tabor completed her studies at the Tallinn State Conservatory's Performing Arts Department in 1992, marking the beginning of her extensive career in theatre.

From 1992 to 2002, she was a vital member of the Estonian Drama Theatre, after which she spent a year at Vanalinnastuudio. Following this, Tabor took on the role of a freelance actress between 2003 and 2007, showcasing her versatility across various productions. She then joined Kuressaare Linnateater from 2005 to 2008, before transitioning to the Estonia Theatre, where she served as stage manager and director from 2009 to 2011. Since 2019, she has been leading Ugala Theatre, further solidifying her influence in the theatrical landscape.
