Omar Fierro

Omar Fierro is a versatile Mexican actor, director, producer, and television host with a career spanning several decades. He began his journey in the entertainment industry in 1984 with his role in the film ¡¡Cachún cachún cachún ra-ra! (Una loca, loca, preparatoria). Shortly thereafter, he made his television debut in the telenovela Vivir un poco on the Televisa network, marking the start of a prolific career.

Fierro gained widespread acclaim in 1988 with his leading role in Amor en silencio, which captured the hearts of both audiences and critics alike. He continued to build on this success, starring in Cuando llega el amor in 1989, and in 1995, he landed a prominent role in Si dios me quita la vida. Following this project, he transitioned to Caracol Television in Colombia, where he showcased his talent in La sombra del deseo.

After returning to Mexico in 1998, Fierro joined TV Azteca, where he starred in well-received series such as Tentaciones and Tres veces Sofía. His career expanded further as he took on the roles of television host and producer, contributing to various entertainment formats, including cooking shows.

In 2018, Fierro made a notable return to Televisa, taking on a leading role in the telenovela Hijas de la luna, produced by Nicandro Díaz, reaffirming his status as a prominent figure in the Mexican entertainment landscape.
